“KOCHAM Charity Night 2019” contributed over VND 4 billion to social security activities in Vietnam
In the evening of November 14th, 149 enterprises of the Korean Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KOCHAM), including KIZUNA, participated in the “KOCHAM Charity Night 2019”. This is an annual activity of KOCHAM in order to call for the contribution of enterprises to social security activities.
In addition to the mission of developing the business community, KIZUNA also wants to contribute to social security activities in Vietnam. As an active member of KOCHAM, KIZUNA has joined and accompanied KOCHAM and other enterprises in Charity Night 2019.
KOCHAM started operating in Vietnam from 2003, up to now, there have been nearly 800 member businesses, with the mission of supporting member businesses, contributing to the connection of trade between Vietnam and Korea.
The event “KOCHAM Charity Night 2019” raised more than VND 4 billion. It is expected that the money will be used for charitable activities in Vietnam such as: sponsoring cataract surgery for poor patients, paying hospital fees for disadvantaged pediatric children, giving scholarships for poor students overcoming difficulties, building charitable houses, giving Tet gifts, supporting people suffering from natural disasters and floods.
