Emuden Corporation started full operation at the factory in Vietnam with Kanagawa Industrial Park project

Emuden Corporation (headquartered in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture) specializes in the design, manufacture and sale of electronic devices. With the cooperation between Yokohama Bank (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and the Japan External Trade organization (Jetro), Emuden Corporation has officially established Emuden Vietnam Co., Ltd and starts operation in January at Kizuna 2 Serviced Factory, which linked to the “Kanagawa Industrial Park” project. Kizuna 2 Serviced Factory located in the Long An Province of the Mekong Delta.

This is also the result of the “Kanagawa Industrial Park” project being implemented between Kanagawa Prefecture and Kanagawa Industrial Promotion Center. Emuden Corporation is the third company has invested in Vietnam through the “Kanagawa Industrial Park” project.

The “Kanagawa Industrial Park” project links four industrial parks and factory complexes in Vietnam, it supports SMEs in Kanagawa Prefecture when investing in foreign countries. In July 2014, Kanagawa Prefecture signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, aiming to tighten support for businesses in Kanagawa when investing in Vietnam.
