Enterprise registration fees to be reduced from September 20th, 2019
Fees for enterprise registration will decrease from September 20th, 2019, according to the recently issued Circular No. 47/2019/TT-BTC regulating levels and regimes of collection, payment and use of fees for provision of corporate information and enterprise registration fees.
According to the Circular, fees for issuance, reissuance and change of information inscribed on enterprise registration certificate and registration certificate for the operation of branches, representative offices and business locations is VND50,000/activity performed. Levels of fees for publication of information about enterprise registration is lessened from VND300,000/activity performed at present to VND100,000 per one.
If an enterprise submits its online enterprise registration, exemption from fee for enterprise registration will be granted. Small and medium-sized enterprises converted from household business will be exempted from enterprise registration fees and fees for publication of information about enterprise registration for the first time.
