On 25th November, Kizuna JV Corporation organized the Customer Appreciation Day at Kizuna’s headquarter in Can Giuoc District, Long An Province. The ceremony not only had partners and customers of Kizuna but also had the presence of representatives of Local Government and the Consulate General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City as well as the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
At the ceremony, Mr. Doan Hong Dung, Chairman of Kizuna JV would like to thank all the investors for trusting and choosing Kizuna to accompany the process of business development in Vietnam. He affirmed that Kizuna’s accomplishments achieved today were largely thanks to this collaboration. He also wanted to continue receiving feedbacks to further improve Kizuna services in the future.
Additionally, Chairman of Kizuna would like to thank the local authorities who supported the quick completion of the legal procedures for the initial investment as well as helped enterprises overcome difficulties regarding legal procedures during their operations in Kizuna.

On behalf of clients, Mr. David Byrn, CEO of Pasteur Street Brewing Company identified that Kizuna is a great partner who was always willing to help companies to solve problems in the shortest time. “Above all, the infrastructure in this area is great because of the regular maintenance, while the space is clean and airy. This is an ideal location for us to invite customers to visit and show them what we are doing. It is great that we have chosen this place”, Mr. David Byrn said.
Mr. Kim Won Il is the Representative Director of ITSWELL VINA, a new company has joined Kizuna 2 family with the business of manufacturing electronic components. He shared that he felt very fortunate to place his factory here. Beside the attractive position of being adjacent to HCMC, Kizuna’s staffs always did their best to support company in the early days of operation when there were many difficulties. He said: “I am very satisfied for choosing Kizuna. If someone is finding out about the investment environment in Long An Province, I would be very willing and confident to introduce Kizuna to them “.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Kobayashi Akiko, representative of the Japanese Consulate in HCMC, a country with some SMEs actively operating in Vietnam said to ensure that companies who first visited Vietnam could assure their production, the establishment of a detailed support service became more urgent than ever. Kizuna JV Corporation met the desire of these enterprises.
She said the prospect for Japanese companies to invest in Vietnam was constantly increasing. Currently, Japan Business Association in Vietnam gathers around 1,600 members and is the 3rd largest scale in the world only after the Association in Shanghai and Bangkok. With the macroeconomic situation of Vietnam, especially HCMC was more conducive to steady economic growth and many free trade agreements were signed, she believed that Vietnam was having great opportunities in investment cooperation with Japanese companies.
Founded in August 2012, so far Kizuna JV Corporation has launched 3 rental factories with a total workshop area of 86,000 m2, offering 117 workshops for investors; including ECO Factory in Le Minh Xuan Industrial Park – HCMC, Kizuna 1 and 2 rental serviced factory in Can Giuoc District, Long An Province. Within 4 years, Kizuna has attracted 80 investors from 12 countries, which is headed by Japan, followed by South Korea, Australia, Singapore, Germany, France, America, etc. with all the main investment fields such as food processing, textiles, electronics, etc. It is expected that in 2017, Kizuna will continue to invest in additional 15,000 m2 serviced factory area in Long An Province.
