Kizuna won the World Class Award - Global Performance Excellence Award (GPEA) in 2019
On October 15th, 2019, the Global Performance Excellence Award (GPEA) 2019, hosted by the Asia-Pacific Quality Organization (APQO), took place in Bali, Indonesia. KIZUNA is honored to win the double prize with the World Class Award and the Best Practice. This recognition in the international market is a result of many years of KIZUNA's efforts to bring about an efficient and secure production environment for domestic and foreign enterprises.
KIZUNA is a pioneer in Vietnam in the model of Miniature Industrial Zones with the type of ready-built serviced factory.
The type of ready-built factory located in the Industrial Park, built and developed by KIZUNA, can meet the needs and solve problems that Vietnamese SMEs manufacturing enterprises are interested in but have not been answered yet, especially supporting industry manufacturing enterprises. The type of built workshop with services helps businesses save initial factory investment costs and operating costs, helping them to concentrate on production activities thanks to the support services of KIZUNA's professional service staff.
As the only Vietnamese enterprise to receive the World Class Award for small services, KIZUNA has continuously improved its service capacity, aiming to provide a Productive & Sustainable production environment for green, clean manufacturing enterprises, towards developing the business community in Vietnam.
Besides, KIZUNA was also awarded the Best Practice Award “Successfully applied the Balance Score Card system (BSC).
KIZUNA has applied the Balanced Score Card (BSC) in business strategy management since its inception in 2012, bringing outstanding values to customers, balancing interests between the organizations, customers, society, balancing of financial and non-financial values etc.
BSC's corporate strategy management method is used by many international businesses to help businesses make more effective decisions, improve operational efficiency and bring businesses to international heights and integration.

Global Performance Excellence Award (GPEA) is the only official award recognized internationally for quality; excellence in efficiency in production and business activities; confirms a new approach in principle in organization/business management. The GPEA award is held annually by the Asia-Pacific Quality Organization (APQO). Enterprises receiving GPEA awards must meet three criteria: Awarded the National Quality Gold Award within the last 2 years; Being nominated by the National Quality Assurance Agency (Directorate for Standards and Quality) to attend GPEA; and Must meet all 7 rigorous criteria under the Malcolm Baldrige Award and EFQM (USA).
In 2019, Vietnam has 04 enterprises achieving GPEA. Specifically: Viglacera Corporation JSC achieved the World Class Award for large production types; KIZUNA won the World Class Award for its small service category; Tan A Production and Trading Co., Ltd won the Best In Class Award for big production; Center for manufacturing electronic measuring equipment - Central power - branch of Central Power Corporation won Best In Class Award for small production.
