Occupational safety and hygiene training for employees in Kizuna Serviced Factory

The companies operating in the Kizuna Serviced Factory are mostly small and medium enterprises, so they encounter many difficulties to organize activities for employees such as Sports Festival, periodical health examination, Training courses. Understanding the difficulties of the company, Kizuna regularly organizes joint activities for all businesses in the Kizuna area to help them to decrease HR costs and expenses, while still complying with the law and improving the living standards of more than 2,000 employees working in the area.

In this September, Kizuna collaborated with Can Giuoc Vocational College to organize the OSH training program for staffs and employees in the area. Kizuna’s tenants have actively coordinated so that both managers and employees can participate and gain useful knowledge to prevent occupational accidents and diseases.
