[SERVICES UPDATE] ADDING ONE MORE FORKLIFT RENTAL SERVICE FOR KIZUNA 2

In order to add more value-added services to assist and help customers saving operation cost, in the middle of last year, KIZUNA added a FORKLIFT RENTAL SERVICE to our long list services.

At first, KIZUNA invested a KOMATSU FORKLIFT (FD25-11) with 2.5 tons capacity, 3m height and about 1m arm length. Indeed, this new service has been welcomed by a lot of customers doing business in KIZUNA 1. With a very reasonable rental fee, customers preferred using Forklift Service supplied by KIZUNA rather than investing a forklift themselves since this solution helped customers saving quite a lot of operation cost. Especially, to small and medium enterprises, first phase investing cost is always a significant factor to consider when placing an investment.

With the fast growing speed and the non-stop increasing of investors, one forklift could not satisfy the demand of all customers. Thus, KIZUNA decided to invest one more Forklift with bigger capacity to be able to support customers with their needs anytime. Last July, a new KOMATSU FORKLIFT (FD35T-8) with 3.5 tons capacity, 3m height and about 1.6m arm length was added to KIZUNA long list facilities.

Currently, by 2 forklifts placed separately, one at KIZUNA 1 and one at KIZUNA 2, customers would no longer have to worry about the lack of services supplied. Just only one simple phone call to KIZUNA Customer Service Hotline, customers can use the forklift service anytime anywhere within KIZUNA’s area.
