2/ Purpose: Support tenant with preparing the ECC & getting the official approvals from the competent authorities (Requisite Environmental Protection level is based on the project's industry & production's scale - designated in Appendix II, III, IV (Section II, III), Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP of the Government)

3/ Description:

Before starting manufacturing operation, enterprise must prepare & be granted its Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC):

KIZUNA's scope of work:
- Provide consultation regarding the procedures and processes related to the ECC
- Prepare the application & necessary documents
- Submit the application to the competent authorities on behalf of tenant & get the official approvals.

Remark(s):
- KIZUNA will provide consutltation on the procedure, prepare the necessary documents, and submit them to the authorities on behalf of tenant for approval.
- This procedure is compulsory and should be performed before starting operation. After approval, if the enterprise amends the project address, increases the scale, capacity, make changes in production technology or waste treatment technology, re-registration of ECC is needed.
