According to Vietnam Laws on Environment, the Project Owner is responsible for preparing and sending annual reports on environmental protection to competent authorities. Frequency follows the commitment in EIA, ECC, ER.
This is a compulsory procedure, implemented annually when the project enters operation.

KIZUNA's scope of work:
- Prepare Environmental Protection Report & necessary documents.
- Submit the application to the competent authorities on behalf of tenant & get the official approvals.
