2/ Purpose: Support tenant with HR operation & duties during the initial stage of their operation, help tenant save costs and time.

3/ Description:

During the first 6 months of operation, if tenant has no person in charge of HR operation, KIZUNA can offer guidance & support service for the following HR tasks:
- Manage employee profiles (hard and soft copies)
- Prepare the Probationary Employment Contract, official Labor Contract, Employment Termination (excluding labor dispute settlement)
- Provide reports on any adjustments of SHUI policies & procedures related to the settlement of SHUI.
- Calculate for up to 10 employees (tenant is responsible for making relevant payments)
1) Payroll
2) Social Insurance, Healthcare Insurance, Unemployment Insurance (S.H.U.I)
3) Temporary monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT)
