2/ Purpose: [Implementation]Temporary Residence Card application(For non-Vietnamese-citizen employee) Non-Vietnamese citizen who:1) Possesses a Vietnam Work Permit -> may apply to get the Temporary Residence Card with valid duration same as Work Permit's. 2) Designated in Article 172 (Vietnam Labor Law - 2012) -> may apply to get the Temporary Residence Card with valid duration of up to 5 years. *During the valid duration, Temporary Residence Card holder does not need Visa to enter Vietnam.
