Japanese companies investing in Vietnam attended the Fair Exhibition of trade and tourism for the development Vietnam – Japan 2018
The fair took place from October 13th to 21st, 2018 with more than 400 booths of companies, provinces, and cities participating in the exhibition, introducing the achievements of socio-economic and the tourism development of each locality. At the fair, there were also be a photo exhibition which introduced 40 photos, reflecting the comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Japan in recent years.
KIZUNA and 12 Japanese companies operating in the KIZUNA Serviced Factory have participated in the exhibition. They are operating in many fields such as garment, food, electronic components, conveyor production, etc.
The exhibition was attended by the Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City – Mr. Kawaue Junichi; Chairman of the Japan Business Association in HCM City- Mr. Kadowaki Keiichi and authorities of Long An province, provinces, and cities of Mekong Delta and Ho Chi Minh city.
Currently, Long An has 143 projects of Japanese investors, ranked 4th in the number of projects in the province with more than 505 million of investment capital. According to Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee – Mr. Tran Van Can, with the advantage of position, infrastructure, human resources, supply chain, etc. Long An is one of the localities with good investment environment, the top 4 of Vietnam. It can be said that investors come to Long An is the right choice for production, business, and living. Moreover, Long An has been trying to build and maintain a friendly, safe and efficient investment environment.
Mr. Kawaue Junichi – Consul General of Japan in HCMC said that: “Long An is a place where there are many favorable conditions for Japanese enterprises to invest. In addition, the province always has specific policies, making investment promotion easier.”
